Marmar Moussa, MSc.

Marmar Moussa is a Senior Software Engineer who joined our team with MSc in Computer Science and Engineering and 12+ years of professional experience for CPT of her PhD studies at University of Connecticut where she is currently studying for her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering.
Since 2001, she has served as a software engineering professional for several multinational organizations like Saxonia Systems in Germany, ITWorx Inc. in USA, UTC in US, UNISDR and AAST in Egypt and presently UConn in the USA, where she has always been recognized for developing innovative solutions for multi-million-dollar, globally deployed software systems. In all projects she leads, she is responsible for full life cycle development of next-generation software, from initial requirement gathering to design, coding, testing, documentation and implementation.
Beside her current research focus in Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Big Data Analytics among other Data Science topics, she has expert-level knowledge in several data science programming languages like R, Python & Julia, and full stack web development technologies like PHP, Java, JavaScript, C++/C#, as well as advanced knowledge of developer applications, tools, methodologies and best practices (Git, UML, OOD..)
Her experience developing state of the art solutions on time and on budget and her passion for science and algorithms development as well as her excellent communication skills and native level fluency in English, German, Arabic and French makes her a valuable member of our team.
